he number of beneficiaries of the free medical services provided by DARY organization reached (94,329) citizens during August 2021, with funding and support from the donor organizations (WHO-UNFPA-CARE), which included (PHC) primary Healthcare and Reproductive health (RH), and emergency, as well as (MHPSS) Mental Health and psycho-social support, physical Rehabilitation and vaccinations for children as well covid 19. The total beneficiaries in Nineveh and Anbar governorates from medical services funded by the World Health Organization (WHO) amounted to (66,514) beneficiaries from DARY& 39;s static and mobile clinics and its, emergency and maternity units, while the number of deliveries (NVD) reached (62) births. The total number of beneficiaries of "DARY" services from Reproductive Health reached (16,539) in the governorates of (Anbar, Nineveh and Salah al-Din), funded by the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA), including (256) births (NVD). While "DARY" provided its services to (11276) beneficiaries of primary health care services, Reproductive health including (53) births in Anbar within the project of (CARE International Organization in Iraq and the German government (GFFO). DARY organization provided its medical services to (105810) beneficiaries in June with funding and support from donor organizations (WHO, IHF, UNFPA, CARE) and included primary Healthcare and Reproductive Health, as well as Mental health and psychosocial support, physical therapy, vaccinations and Covid 19 activities. The total number of beneficiaries in Nineveh and Anbar governorates from medical services funded by (WHO) reached (66,047) from DARY static PHCCs and emergency and maternity units, while the number of deliveries reached (48) delivery. Also, the total number of women benefiting from RH services reached (27,467 ) in the governorates of (Anbar, Nineveh and Salah al-Din) funded by the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) in June, including (139 NVD) deliveries, and the number of beneficiaries from DARY organization centers and clinics in Nineveh (12359) and funded by the Iraq Humanitarian Fund (IHF), DARY also provided its services to (8109) beneficiaries through PHCCs, RH, and referral center, also Maternity Unit, including (36 NVD) in Anbar within the project of (CARE int. iraq & GFFO). DARY& 39;s efforts to confront the pandemic .. The General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers honors DARY with a letter of thanks and appreciation. The General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers honored DARY Human Organization with a letter of thanks and appreciation for its active participation in the national campaign to counter the effects of Virus (Covid 19). In the letter issued by the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers under the guidance of Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kazemi: “The Council of Ministers, with its fourth regular session held on (02/06/2020), reviewed the results of the cumulative report of the national campaign for NGOs to confront the effects of the Corona virus, and was directed to provide Thanks and appreciation to the active and responsive organizations of the campaign and its prominent role in supporting and caring for those affected, providing relief assistance and implementing educational programs. The Directorate of Non-Governmental Organizations has documented dozens of campaigns carried out by DARY, and the number of beneficiaries of them reached (23178) citizens during the period from (22/03/2020) to (25/05/2020), while the number of beneficiaries of the documented campaigns of DARY and not Documented up to (27/07/2020), approximately (half a million) beneficiaries reached during more than (150) campaigns implemented in all governorates, not to mention the daily awareness activities carried out by the organization through static health centers and mobile clinics in the governorates of Nineveh, Anbar, Diwaniyah and Baghdad . DARY& 39;s campaigns have included sterilization and disinfection of government institutions, camps for the displaced (IDPs) , citizens ’homes and public places, in addition to awareness-raising activities, distributing preventive supplies, sterilizers, and food baskets, as well as providing ministries and departments with sterilization devices and protective supplies.
