"There is no hope for his staying alive" is a phrase that everyone may have heard from doctors talking about an elderly person who had accumulated  diseases, and they found, according to their diagnostic estimates, that staying in the hospital was futile, and transferring him to the home was the best option, as death is coming inevitably except what God wills.

The scene is completely passed by the family of the patient, "Abdul Karim Ismail" (65) years old, who lives in the area of Tal Marak in the sub-district of Zummar, Tal Afar district, west of Nineveh Governorate.  .

(AbdulKarim) was in hospital for a period of (7) days, but his condition worsened despite attempts by doctors to treat him, as he suffers from high blood pressure, kidney failure, difficult of breathing and loss of consciousness, and at that time the doctor who supervising his condition asked his son, Aoun al-Din Abdel Kareem the 36-year-old, for discharging him from the hospital and transferring to home, because his survival is useless, and it is only a few hours then he will die, and here the parents& 39; opposition on that began, but the answer was shocking to them from the doctor, "We can not leave those who have no hope of treatment."

The argument continued for a long time between the patient& 39; s relatives and the doctors until what happened was not taken into account,The patient (Abdul Karim) whispered to his son (Aoun al-Din) with difficulty speaking, telling him: “Let& 39; s leave the hospital and then go to the Tel Marak emergency complex,” adding, “There are someone there who takes care of me, because I know the place very well, and I know the humanity of those who work in it. I have checked previously. "

(Aoun al-Din) would not have agreed, and his father would convey to his desired goal the “Tel Marak emergency complex and Maternity of DARY Human Organization funded by the World Health Organization (WHO), in which the free health services are divided into two parts: the first one is the emergency center for handling emergency cases, and the second one Maternity unit to provide normal vaginal delivery services, as its services target approximately (175,000) thousand people from villages and surrounding area.

The medical staff present at the center, which works (24hours / 7 days) to receive emergency cases, received (Abdul Karim) and listened to his story and his suffering, after which the two doctors, Omar Ahmed (39) years old and “Hazem Muhammad” (30) would fully supervise his case through introducing a treatment plan with the nursing staff.

Dr. Omar, says: We have reached the patient, Abdul Kareem, who suffers from heart failure, kidney failure, and difficulty of breathing, adding, “The patient’s condition formed for us a human definition that must be succeeded in spite of the possibilities compared to hospitals, so we placed the patient under constant observation and periodic examination and given him the appropriate treatment until his health condition stabilized and he recovered day after day.
